On May 22, 2020, Option Care Health, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). The proposals considered at the Annual Meeting are described in the Company’s 2020 Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 10, 2020.
