Biography

R. Carter Pate has served on Option Care Health’s Board since 2015. He is an independent director and Chair of the Audit & Finance Committee of the Board.

Mr. Pate previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Modivcare Inc. and MV Transportation, Inc., and as Global and U.S. Managing Partner of the Health Care and Government Services Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He currently serves on the board of directors of Purple Innovation, Inc.

Mr. Pate brings extensive executive leadership and financial expertise, deep experience in public company governance, and significant insight into public policy and risk management. He also provides valuable industry perspective through his experience in the home and alternate site infusion sector.
