Harry M. Jansen Kraemer, Jr.
Harry M. Jansen Kraemer, Jr. has served on Option Care Health's Board since 2019. He is the independent chair of the Board, chair of the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee, and member of the Audit & Finance Committee of the Board.
Mr. Kraemer has held the role of Clinical Professor of Management and Strategy at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University since 2005. He previously served as an executive partner of Madison Dearborn Partners, a private equity firm; and as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Baxter International, Inc., a global, publicly-traded manufacturer of diagnostic and other health-care related products. He currently serves on the board of directors of Leidos Holdings, Inc.
Mr. Kraemer brings to the Board strategic leadership and extensive financial expertise through his more than 30 years of proven executive-level experience in the healthcare industry as well as his significant experience on other boards of directors of private and public companies. Through his experience at biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, he also brings significant expertise in the health sector and with technology and innovation.
