Harry M. Jansen Kraemer, Jr.
Harry M. Jansen Kraemer, Jr. has served on Option Care Health’s Board since 2019. He is the independent Chair of the Board, Chair of the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee, and a member of the Audit & Finance Committee of the Board.
Mr. Kraemer has served as Clinical Professor of Management and Strategy at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University since 2005. He also served as Executive Partner of Madison Dearborn Partners, a private equity firm, from 2005 to 2025, and previously served as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Baxter International Inc., a global, publicly traded manufacturer of healthcare-related products. He is a Certified Public Accountant and currently serves on the board of directors of Leidos Holdings, Inc.
Mr. Kraemer brings to the Board strategic leadership and extensive financial expertise through more than 30 years of executive leadership experience, including his tenure as chief executive officer of a large international public company. He also contributes significant expertise in healthcare, innovation, and capital allocation through his experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors and his service on public and private company boards.
