Biography

Norman L. Wright joined Option Care Health’s Board in January 2024. He is an independent director, Chair of the Compensation Committee, and a member of the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee of the Board.

Mr. Wright retired from UnitedHealth Group, where he most recently served as Executive Vice President responsible for health equity strategy, and held additional senior leadership roles at Optum and across customer experience, marketing, and operations. He also previously held executive roles at Citigroup, Accenture, Fidelity Investments, GE, and others. He currently serves on the board of directors of First Solar, Inc.

Mr. Wright brings nearly 40 years of executive experience across multiple industries, including expertise in customer experience, operations, marketing, and strategy. He also contributes significant experience in human capital management, risk management, and sustainability initiatives.
