BioScrip Appoints Douglas Lee Chief Information Officer

ELMSFORD, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 5, 2007--BioScrip, Inc. (NASDAQ:BIOS), a comprehensive pharmaceutical care solutions company, has named Mr. Douglas Lee as its Vice President and Chief Information Officer, responsible for leading the Company's information technology function, defining and implementing BioScrip's strategic use of information technology, and ensuring that the technology investment is positioned to support BioScrip's growth and system.

Mr. Lee was previously employed at Option Care, Inc. where he had served as its Chief Information Officer. Prior to Option Care, Inc., Mr. Lee was Chief Information Officer and Partner for Technology Extension Consulting, Inc, a national consulting practice, which provided interim senior level IT management for organizations. Mr. Lee has also held management positions in information technology in the telecommunications and telecommunications software industries. Mr. Lee earned his Masters in Business Administration from Aurora University and Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Planning and Business Administration from Ripon College
