Jack Salzman Elected to MIM Board of Directors
ELMSFORD, NY – July 24, 2002 - MIM Corporation (NASDAQ:MIMS) (CBOE:OQX) (AMEX:OQX), a pharmaceutical healthcare organization, today announced that Jack Salzman has been elected to its board of directors.
Mr. Salzman is currently Managing Partner of Kings Point Partners, a hedge fund based in Long Island, New York. Prior to this, he served in several capacities at Goldman Sachs, eventually rising to the positions of General Partner in 1994 and Managing Director in 1996.
During his 13 year tenure at Goldman Sachs, Mr. Salzman's responsibilities included serving as Associate Director of Research and close involvement with a variety of notable investment banking deals. Mr. Salzman was also a member of the Investment Policy Committee and the U.S. Stock Selection Committee of Goldman Sachs and became co-chair of the Global Priority List Committee in 1997. While serving as a securities analyst with Goldman Sachs, and prior to this with Smith Barney, Mr. Salzman was repeatedly recognized as a number one ranked securities analyst in Institutional Investor Magazine's prestigious All America Research Team Poll.
