Biography

Eric K. Brandt joined Option Care Health’s Board in May 2024. He is an independent director and a member of the Compensation Committee and the Quality, Technology and Compliance Committee of the Board.

Mr. Brandt previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Broadcom Inc., a Fortune 500 technology company. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Avanir Pharmaceuticals and as Chief Financial Officer of Allergan Inc., and held earlier roles with The Boston Consulting Group. He currently serves on the boards of Gen Digital Inc., Nutanix, Inc., and Lam Research Corporation.

Mr. Brandt brings significant experience in corporate strategy, finance, and business development, along with technology expertise gained through his leadership of enterprise IT organizations. He also contributes extensive public company governance experience through his service on multiple boards.
